Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship to my country?

Currently we only ship in North America (US, Canada, and Mexico). However, international shipping is coming.

Can I return my purchase?

You may return your unused merchandise within 60 days of your purchase for a refund as long as your return falls within our ‘accepted returns’ guidelines. Please see the Return Policy page for more information.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, & American Express all through PayPal.

When will my order arrive?

All orders ship within 24 hours unless otherwise noted. The exact delivery date of your package depends on your shipping location. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST on Saturday will ship on Monday. Be sure to enter your current email address so we can contact you with any updates or questions on your order. All orders are shipped via USPS.

Can I track my package?

Normally we do not provide tracking numbers on Domestic shipping. However, large orders will be provided tracking numbers.

Do you sell wholesale?

We offer discounts on bulk orders for many of our products. Please send an e-mail to bottleopenerstore@gmail.com for assistance with bulk orders.

Can I order a catalog?

We update our products so frequently that offering a paper catalog is not possible at this time. Please follow us on social media to keep abreast of new products being released.
